I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The elegant furnishings and charming decor created a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate. The accessibility of the hotel, with ramps and handrails in the common areas, ensured that I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and helpful staff. While the children working there were friendly, there were times when their lack of experience and professionalism became apparent.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with a good park place on the beach available for guests. The service provided by the housekeeping staff was impeccable, ensuring our room was always clean and tidy. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot summer days. We particularly enjoyed the spacious terrace, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it had it all! The management team, including Iulian R., Valeriu B., and Beatrice D., ensured that my stay was fantastic and consistently checked in to see if I needed anything. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding, and the variety of food choices and entertainment options were outstanding. The private beach was conveniently close and had an abundance of sunbeds. The staff even went above and beyond on my last day, allowing me to continue enjoying the meals and pool facilities after check-out. This place truly exceeded my expectations.

One thing that could be improved is the attitude of some staff members. While most of them were attentive and sufficient, a few seemed to just follow the rules and procedures without exhibiting a customer-first attitude.

Amazing cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food, great pools, entertaining events.

The rooms were immaculate, with the maid changing towels daily and sheets every two days. We had initially been assigned a room on the 3rd floor with a less-than-ideal view of the sea. upon requesting a room on a higher floor with a sea view, the receptionist kindly accommodated our request and relocated us to the 5th floor. The view from the new room was amazing. As parents of a young child, we were thrilled to find a baby cot provided in our room.

Although the rooms were a bit small, it did not significantly impact our overall experience. The only minor issue we had was that the receptionists and waiters failed to inform us initially about the availability of a wide range of drinks at the bar inside the restaurant, in addition to the juice, wine, and beer.

We had a wonderful time staying at a resort located near the beach. Our villa was equipped with top-notch amenities, including a modern bathroom. We enjoyed the hearty breakfast and were pleased with the friendly service provided by the staff. One of the highlights was the relaxing view of the sea from our balcony. We also took advantage of the well-maintained and spacious swimming pools and the great facilities nearby.

We did experience some connectivity issues with the WiFi, which was not available in the villas area as the air conditioning coolers interfered with the signal.

The breakfast selection was satisfactory with a good variety of cold and hot dishes. The kids corner was a plus. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The balcony was a good size and enjoyable in the evenings. The heated pools were nice and the hotel made an effort to provide entertainment for kids. The food was really good with a good choice. The hotel had great facilities for families with children, including outdoor and indoor playgrounds, a heated pool for children, and evening events. The hotel personnel were helpful and the beach was nice. a recommendable hotel.

We spent New Year's Eve with our family and had a great time. the location was perfect, the hotel was just a short walk from the beach and had a lovely view of the lake. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the New Year's Eve dinner and the live music entertainment provided. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities.

That the hotel was a bit overcrowded, especially during the New Year's celebrations. It was sometimes difficult to find a place to sit in the dining area or at the pool.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, including well-maintained and not overcrowded swimming pools. The hotel also has convenient parking and is located close to the beach, within walking distance to both the shore and the central area with a choice of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from.

We spent Easter at a newly refurbished resort on the Black Sea coast. The beds were comfortable and the evening entertainment was good. The food was much to our liking, with a decent selection and unlimited local wine and beer.

The facilities were not up to a 4-star standard. The location was not directly on the beach, and the kid-friendly food options were limited to boiled chicken and vegetables.
